We are all first connected with life in a sacred place called belly.
There is where life starts and where we first learn what love, music, nutrition, touch, kindness and care means.

In this 2 day Workshop we will learn how to mindfully touch and connect with the belly area.
The focus will be on Thai-Yoga Massage techniques which can help to release tensions while gently working on the vital organs and their emotional patterns.

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing system and a practice of learning how to share love and kindness with each other. A mindful touch shows the quality of our heart
condition and when we receive it, its reconnecting the lost memories in our physical and emotional bodies. It is a humble way to come back to our traumatic experiences – to see them again by becoming more aware of what is hiding in our cell memory and chemistry.

During the practice of Thai Yoga Massage we apply a routine on the belly and the internal Organs. We give attention and inviting release – without really knowing what is hidden under this sacred place.

We digest 2 types of food: the food that comes from mother earth as physical food and the emotional food that comes from our daily life. Both of them need to be digested. This process is happening in our belly – which is also called “the second brain”.
If this process of digestions is out of balance, our emotions and the vital life of our brain, nervous system and internal organs becomes weak and can get easily affected.

As practitioners its therefore important to listen and reconnect with our intuition. Our internal intuition is what can bring us back home.
A technique becomes unpowerful if is not guided by intuition. By reaching the internal
guidance we can find ourselves following the flow and the needs of the moment.

What we will discover together in this Weekend:

– The importance of the internal vital organs. We will focused on the 2 kinds of digestion and detoxification.
– An introduction of how to read the body imbalances.
– We will do a series of techniques that are teaching the importance of a soft and mindful touch guided by the rhythm.
– We will explore how to touch from our hearts and how to listen to our internal intuition
– Last but not least: how to Do without Doing

This workshop is for everyone who has already experience in Thai-Yoga Massage or any other type of Bodywork as well as for practitioners that are interested to add some extra knowledge to their practice.
