Treating the Hara – ThaiMassage Workshop w./ Takis
This 3 day training the focus will be on how to touch and connect with the internal organs. We will bring together the essence of ThaiMassage and traditional Chinese medicine to understand the function of the digestion system.
We will focus on how to build up the Chi in the core, and eventually treat lower back issues.
Our absorption and assimilation of nutrients is the foundation of health in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Will learn how to detoxify the belly, palpate and treat the liver and connect the major marma points and meridians that give maximum function and vitality to our digestive system.
